Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "bet87" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at bet87.ws, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the bet87 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Member on bet87 for the purpose of accessing betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the bet87 website, any mobile application, and all software, systems, and interfaces through which Members access bet87 services.
• "Services" means sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, promotional offers, and all other features available on bet87.
• "Funds" refers to any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held in a Member's bet87 account, whether deposited or credited as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by bet87 subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and source of funds documentation required under bet87's regulatory obligations.

Eligibility and Registration

Access to bet87 and registration of an account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. bet87 takes these requirements seriously and enforces them through KYC verification on all accounts.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any betting or gaming services on bet87. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. bet87 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bet87. Opening multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your membership. Providing false information — including name, date of birth, contact details, or payment method ownership — constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bet87 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• Verification: bet87 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any point during your membership. Verification documents may include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Jurisdictional Restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bet87 complies with the laws applicable in your location. bet87 does not warrant that access to its platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Account Management

Your bet87 account is your personal gateway to all platform services. The following terms govern how accounts are maintained, used, and managed.

• Members must keep their account contact information — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate. bet87 sends important notices, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts to your registered contact details.
• bet87 reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews, including requesting updated KYC documentation, as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Members are responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify bet87 support immediately at [email protected].
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bet87 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before any dormancy-related action is taken.
• bet87 does not permit the transfer of account ownership, account balances, or betting credits between Members under any circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bet87 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet87 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. bet87 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your bet87 account in real time under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified Members only. bet87 processes withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cutoff on the same business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically reflect within two to four hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank complete within one business day under normal conditions.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. bet87 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values are denominated in PKR. bet87 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions.
• Declined Transactions: bet87 is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network interruptions. If a transaction is declined, Members should contact their payment provider in the first instance before raising a query with bet87 support.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first exhausting bet87's internal dispute process constitutes a breach of these Terms. bet87 reserves the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery of funds in such cases.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bet87 are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and game-specific rules accessible within the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until bet87 has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. bets placed during system errors, technical faults, or manifest pricing errors are void and any associated stakes will be returned.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on bet87 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the price shown at bet confirmation is the final price applicable to that wager, regardless of subsequent movement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Member account tier.
• Void Bets: bet87 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, pricing errors, or where the integrity of an event is called into question by a governing body.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. bet87 is not liable for any inability to place or amend a bet during a suspension window.
• Casino and Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles on bet87 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. bet87 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino or slot session, the affected round will be voided and any stake associated with that round will be returned to the Member's account balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

bet87 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific conditions published at the time of the promotion.

• Opt-In: Most bonuses require an explicit opt-in before or at the time of the qualifying deposit. Bonuses are not applied retrospectively to deposits made before opting in.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual offer terms.

• Withdrawal Restrictions: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which will be stated in the individual offer terms where applicable.
• Modification: bet87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Members with reasonable notice where practicable.

Responsible Gaming

bet87 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Members. The following tools and commitments form part of these Terms and are enforceable by all Members.

• Age Verification: bet87 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately or increased after a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limits across specified time periods. These limits are binding once activated and cannot be reversed during the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Session time reminders are available in the account settings panel. bet87 recommends all Members set session reminders as a standard precaution.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via account settings take effect within 24 hours. bet87 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during any active self-exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a cool-off period of between 1 and 42 days during which their account will be restricted from deposits and betting. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet87 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one bet87 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or mobile wallet to deposit or withdraw funds from a bet87 account without their verified consent.
• Laundering funds or using bet87 as a mechanism to disguise the origin of illegally obtained money.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected errors are void and must be returned.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bet87 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during KYC verification or at any other point during your membership.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bet87 platform — including but not limited to the bet87 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data feeds, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet87 or its licensed content partners.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any bet87 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• The bet87 name and logo may not be used in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — without express written permission from bet87.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet87's liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform is limited as follows.

• bet87 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. bet87 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.
• bet87 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, indirect or consequential loss arising from a Member's use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• bet87's total aggregate liability to any Member for any direct loss in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits bet87's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

bet87 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Account dormancy exceeding 12 months without activity.
• At the Member's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not related to fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Disputes and Complaints

bet87 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly and efficiently. The following process applies to all complaints arising from use of the platform.

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your complaint directly with bet87 customer support at [email protected]. Include your registered account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may request a formal review by the bet87 compliance team. Formal reviews are completed within 10 business days of receipt.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If a resolution is still not reached after the formal review process, the dispute may be escalated through appropriate channels available under the governing regulatory framework.
• All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident giving rise to the complaint. bet87 will not consider complaints submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet87 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the complaints process outlined in Clause 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

bet87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bet87 will notify registered Members by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

• Continued use of the bet87 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
• If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bet87 recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of an update.
